That will allow users to be authenticated against the correct domain every time. If i have two active directory domains that have the same netbios domain name but different fully qualified domain names can they trust each other one way two way etc. Normally this wouldn t be a big deal but i would like as much as possible for the new domain to keep the same netbios name as the old domain.
